At Stray Dogs Performance we go above and beyond as a partner in your goals.

What makes us different:

  2. We know there’s more to your life than just training, and will build a sustainable plan that takes that into account.

  3. Our coaching is based on calm, consistent, and uplifting communication. We don’t charge you just to chat.

  4. We base all of our plans and recommendations on robust evidence based sports science, we will never recommend unproven trends or fads that don’t actually help you.

Services

Stray Dogs offers services for both endurance training and strength & conditioning. Our services are available individually, but are all included in our coaching package.

If you have fitness or sports performance needs you feel are not covered by the listed services, then please feel free to reach out to discuss what options may be available!

  • Your personal sport scientist scheduler. See tab for more information.

  • One on one coaching.

    Includes a custom plan and weekly schedule, updated regularly. Responses and coaching after each workout, and weekly calls.

  • Detailed custom programs for any goal.

  • Consultations based on your specific needs, including but not limited to how to optimize your training, body composition, and exercise science topics of interest.

  • We will review and offer feedback on your training data (Garmin, Suunto, TrainingPeaks, golf trackers, written logs, etc).

    You will receive a detailed report on what your data says about your current performance, and any necessary changes to increase it.

  • Discussions and plans specifically tailored towards event preparation, including tapering, race course or event location analysis, fueling strategies, and encouragement.

Consultations for individuals seeking coaching are included in the set-up package. Longer discussions regarding your training, performance, or fitness can be arranged a la carte for up to an hour.

We believe in you completely and unconditionally. We know how hard you work, and we’re here to support you.

Some Stray Dogs successes:

-First time marathoners.

-Single day (13hrs) climb and ski descent of Mt. Rainier. (DC Route).

-Successful climbs on Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Baker, Mt. Adams, and Mt. Rainier.

-Many higher altitude ski ascents and descents (eg. Mt. Elbert, Quandary Peak).
