Perfect Season is a unique program offered by Stray Dogs Performance. We manage your sport and workout schedule to ensure that you are getting the most out of your season, while giving you the freedom to live your life. We track your fitness and other factors to make sure that when the perfect day in the mountains, on the golf course, in the swell, or at the crag hits, you’ve never felt better. Coaches can be pretty strict, but at Stray Dogs we’ve learned that getting out of your way is sometimes the best path to improving performance. We have a strong track record of knowing when to push athletes, when to take our foot off the gas, and when to let them just do what they do best.
How it works:
A personal sport scientist & fitness scheduler in your pocket. Throw it all at us, preferred training times, birthdays, happy hours, family vacations, whatever, we’ll create a unique and individual schedule that manages your physical and mental load so that you feel best when it matters most.
We craft your individual training" “architecture”. The key to fitness and performance is consistency. It’s simple, the more you practice your sport, and feel good during practice, the better you’ll do. We cumulatively track your fitness, progress, and other factors to turn weeks of progress into months by learning how you work best.
Managing fatigue and motivation is our speciality. Performance is more than just working out! Physical load management is our bread and butter, so if you have a late night or a couple extra beers, we’ll time your next training session accordingly to keep you on track without spoiling your fun.
Expert advice on demand. If you have a specific question about strength or endurance training, the science of your sport, or sports performance, then we are always available to chat.
